HELLO 2012!!!!
HI HUNKS AND BABES! TODAY IS A BRAND NEW YEAR! HOPE YOU GUYS HAD A HAPPPY AND BLESSED NEW YEAR! Okay, first and foremost, please do not hack me into pieces! I know i haven't been blogging for a damn long period, despite promising you guys in the last post that i would blog when i come back from my trip which i apparently didn't. Do allow me to apologise alright! It's is totally not on purpose, really. I'm not and never will i be a promise breaker , you know :( Blame it on my procratination haha! Okay, my bad alright!! So... in order to fully redeem my sins, i will upload everything ( specifically, my life and what i went through this month, that i went missing in action haha.) in one shot to fill you guys up on what you've missed!! To sum everything up, I'm really contented with my current life, can't ask for anything more/better cause i guess i am having too much fun!! HERE IT GOES :)
15 Nov-16 Nov (Prep for Prom - Prom Night)
This is the day of long-awaited freedom yay! The sickening O levels are finally over and all of us can officially let out hair down!!! So Mere, Eme and I went to Bugis on the 15th to do some last minute shopping for Prom. Awesome day we spent together, though initially all of us still felt that we needed to study! I guess this is the post-exam symptoms haha. We also went to do our nails! We were like taitais you know, haha enjoying all the "luxury" services! Okay then 16th we went to salon to do our hair and make up( taitai life part 2) which i terribly regret! Oh well. We then headed down to Conrad and attended Prom yay!( Before that we camwhored alot.) Ps: bear with the lousy camera quality.

17-20 NOVEMBER; WHEN I WENT OVERSEAS
Yea, it is only a short 3 day trip to Malaysia. Penang, to celebrate Gonggong's 70th birthday! May he be healthy, safe and blessed with longevity! Both my brothers were extremely busy (one is serving the nation and another having A levels), so only Lao Dou, Mumster and I went for the trip, along with other cousins! Throughout the whole trip, those 3 days were like haven!! Everyday eat see shop sleep, and the cycle repeats! All of us feasted everyday and spammed shopping! Just damn awesome!! Then i still had a great Heart-to-Heart talk with my cousin, Brian haha! I started to know much more about him and his darkest secrets^^ The only bad part about the trip was that, Day 2 my eye became swollen for no reason! But thankfully, it didn't affect my mood/appetite, so everything turned out to be fine!!! I love my Family! (L)

21 NOVEMBER, MY FIRST DAY OF WORK.
So yup, i got myself an office job. This means i have to sit still for 8 lengthy hours, sighhh. But thankfully, it is still alright to move around and stretch a bit occasionally (or you can just kill/shoot me immediately). The cool part is that, i have an office table, computer and phone, which obviously i won't abuse it since i am so nice. I am also quite lucky to have very friendly supervisors and colleagues! On the first day of my work, i went lunch with them and my supervisor treated all of us to Eighteen Chefs!!! Woohoo!! It is not that bad actually, just that i have to wear funny funny office lady wear haha. I am sure will get used to it though!! Here are some pictures of what i sorted/filed on the first day!!

ONE COOLING WEEKDAY EVENING (24 November I guess??)
Made a very foolish and cruel decision with Butterfly to chop off my hair of about a year or two! ( Hers about a year also?) Actually, i like my current bob hair! Really quite cooling( save on shampoo somemore), just that the fringe is way too short and i look tooty!!!!
THE AUNTIE LA GEH KIANG MANNNNN. GO ANYHOW CUT MA FRINGEE. Okay la, but it will grow so still okay. And the funny thing was that she cut a bunch of my hair and put it in a plastic bag for me to bring home haha. The hair looks very creepy, like i am gonna do a curse/black magic or something? So i dicarded it. Anyway, now all the hair tutorials i searched for in the past are officially of no use anymore :(

ON A FATEFUL SUNDAY ( I forgot the date but most prolly in November?)
I went to Haw Par Villa with Shiyun. It was kinda cool, yet disappointing! We were expecting the "Ten Gates of Hell" to be more scary, but it was so family friendly! We still had fun though! And we found ourselves guilty of the many evil sins there ( such as gossiping and etc), haha oh crap. The punishment sort of bugged us! I remember one of the punishment for being rude to parents was something like digging out the heart?? Haha!!Then afterwards, we went to Suntec for our meals, chatted alot and went to see Chrismas lightings!

ON ANOTHER FATEFUL SATURDAY(right after the Haw Par Villa trip)
My cool classmates, namely Chicken, Monkey, Mountain, Wall and I went for Kbox session! And the only word to describe it was: HIGH!!! We showcased our amazing vocals and vitality( madly jumping around the room during party/clubbing songs) I am certain that all of us had a wonderful time! We even had to snatch for the microphone, literally. HAHAHA. Afterwards, we went for dinner. As usual, we chatted and teased one another. Then, Chicky, Monkey and I sat Burger King and started our as-awesome-as-usual-chats and headed home about at 1.30am i guess? Both guys took cab home, which i think it left them peniless haha!!!! Oh, sorry, for this outing i do not have pictures to offer but i have many unglam videos though!
CAKE-MAKING CLASSES (10 DECEMBER AND 21 DECEMBER)
On two separate dates, i went to baking classes( please don't mock haha). The cakes were awesome. Though steps were very complicated, but it was a therapeutic experience just by purely seeing and savouring the cakes! I think i am not able to make cakes of certain standards, but maybe in the future!.... Sorry i didn't take a picture of every cake we've made but this is what i have!!
THE DAY I GOT SEMI DRUNK( Prolly on the 3 of December?)
My kool brothers and I drank this bottle of Whiskey!!! Every single drop!! There were some snacks and soft drinks in the room, but i never touched them cause I have never ever tried getting drunk before and i wanted to try ( i guess there's no place safer than home to get drunk) so i spammed alot of 'on the rocks'! This tastes not too bad actually, but your stomach and oesophagus will have the burning sensation?? Okay so the conclusion is that: I am a not bad drinker!!! Haha just kidding,. I think i wasn't drunk cause i still remember what went on and stuffs, but i couldn't stand properly/ a little blurred vision. It seemed like Earth was shaking. Probably that was semi drunk haha. AND BEST PART WAS THAT I VOMITTED HAHAHA. And thanks to my 2 kool brothers, they had a great time cleaning up for me since i slept like a pigggggg after throwing up onto the floor. My brothers told me that i was totally uttering rubbish while sleeping-.- K so moral of story/main point is, girls, do not get drunk outside!!! I wasn't even fully drunk that day but my whole body felt extremely weak. Like, if someone were to pin me down/ rape me, i can't even resist or put up a fight. That's how defenceless girls become when they get drunk so don't be!!!! Here's a picture of how the thing looks like

SINGAPORE ARTS MUSEUM ( Either 10/17 DECEMBER)
Went to the Singapore Arts Museum with Appu!! It was totally fantastic. Both of us we totally in awe as we see all the amazing art pieces. There's also a video of the harsh consequences of war, which is damn meaningful! I will absolutely go there more often! After the trip, we went to have lunch at Somerset before Appu left for her Photography lessons and I headed home. Ps: I forgot bring my camera there so i just took two photos with my phone!!

MINI XMAS PARTY (23 DECEMBER)
Yay, my workplace got a mini Christmas partaye! There's buffet, turkey and even Gift exchange!! Though my work is a little mundane, but i am starting to love this place more! I was kind of surprised when i received a mystery gift ( a very pretty cup) ! I didn't even participate in the game haha. The best part was, there's half day off for me (woohoo) and i get to receive full day pay hehe. So all of us started taking pictures & camwhoring. I think my colleague will soon upload more photos we spammed on her camera!!!

24 DECEMBER( FAMILY CHRISTMAS DINNER)
I feel super blessed to be able to spend a great day with my family! Anyway, this meal is my treat cause i received my very first official salary hehe. Check out the feast man, i am still drooling whenever i glance through the pics!! The very cool part is that Santa came to the restaurant and all of us took a shot with him. We even got helium balloons and those party blowers from him haha! That day was beyond awesome!

25 DECEMBER (CHRISMAS DAY YAY)
What to do on Christmas? Christmas concert with all the carolings and performances in Singapre Indoors Stadium! Went out with a bunch of sporting and humourous friends+cousins! We hogged Subway seats and ate our lunch there! Then we played Truth or Dare, i am sure all of us had a whale of time! Today finally saw everyone's crazy side! After the concert, my beloved family and I sent Blackie to Airport at 11pm since he is taking a midnight flight. He went to China with his bunch of friends for 2 weeks! Damn envy him, he get to see real snow!! (there negative 30degress leh!) ! I only play with snow in Snow City before-.- Hope he had a fun and safe trip and better get me souvenirs! Followed by that, we went to eat some supper, camwhore and Lao Dou drove us to Orchard area to admire the Christmas lightings!! Take a look at the pictures!

27 NOVEMBER; A visit to Old Folks Home.
My beloved da ge ( super nice) agreed to go visit the old folks home, specifically The Home of the Aged Sick, with me! We met after my work at Nex, bought groceries/food items that the elderly would need before setting off! When we reached there, it was kinda disappointing for both of us initially cos that place was undergoing construction works and those elderly went to live at a temporary shelter! Butbut, it wasn't a wasted trip, the very nice person-in-charge, Mr Sharana Rao (the very close volunteer partner to Singapore 's Mother Teresa, Teresa Hsu) invited us into the place where Ms Hsu used to live! Then he chat/shared with us her dedications and philosophy and etc, all i can say is that she's really noble!!! Other than that, i really do not know how to describe her kindness and selflessness. Throughout her whole life, she's been doing all the voluntary work. Constantly learning, helping, giving. A damn beautiful soul, really! I am sure she's leading a peaceful and carefree life in Heaven right now!! :') Mr Sharana is also very compassionate!! After the chatting session with him, i felt a strong surge to reflect and think about life. I still have lotsa stuffs to learnnnnnnnn!!
28-30 NOVEMBER; MEETUP SESSION
It's been a nong nong time since i have seen my primary school teacher and classmates! We met up 3 days consecutively for dinner, how mad is that? Even the times we met up were infrequent, i am proud to say that we are still as close as ever!! Still had lotsa nonsense to ssay and never in awkward situations :)
COUNTDOWN CELEBRATION (31DEC-1JAN)
It's the last day of 2011 and i am spending it with a bunch of wacky and fun-loving primary friends yay! It has been awhile since all of us met up so i was really excited/elated to go out with them! I am glad that none of us undergone drastic changes, in terms of thier attitude and appearance etc! Initially, i was kind of scared that this outing would be quite awkward (since we so long never meetup haha) and disappointing (i've checked the whether forecast, they said there would be thunderstorms that day-.-) But hey, seems like all my worries were uncalled for!!! Not only the outing was a major success, there was totally 0% of awkwardness amongst us, the whether was sunnny and most importantly all of us had a mad blast!! How awesome is that?? I guess when people say "True friendships doesn't end", it is really right! (The only sad thing about this outing was that Ningyi and Jingyee weren't able to make it, but it was still fabulous yea!) Okay so i shall let the pictures do the talking!!
